Returns Policy

We take pride in the quality of our handcrafted products. Due to the bespoke nature of our items, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• If your item is found to be faulty within 7 days of receipt, we will gladly offer a replacement.
• Faulty items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a replacement.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or colour choices.

Please note: As our entire collection is traditionally woven and hand-finished, slight variations are part of the unique character of each piece. All items are carefully inspected before dispatch, so faults are rare.

Natural Colour Variations

Our signature grey wool yarns are 100% natural and may show slight shade variations between seasons. These natural differences reflect the authenticity of our product and contribute to its uniqueness. As such, colour variation is not considered a fault and is not eligible for return.

Freight Reimbursement

If a return is accepted due to a proven fault, we will reimburse the cost of standard airmail postage to return the item to us.
